Explosion Proof Mine Ventilation Fan is built for long-distance air supply in underground coal mines where methane and coal dust create an explosive atmosphere. The dual-stage contra-rotating impellers, developed from the tri-variate movement theory, deliver high air volume at low noise while the flameproof YBF2 motor keeps the unit safe in hazardous zones. It pushes fresh air deep into headings to dilute gas, clear blasting fumes and coal dust, and supports both single-stage operation for short tunnels to save power and dual-stage operation for long tunnels to hold high pressure. The fan runs on 380V/660V mine power, can be floor-mounted or hung from the roadway, and serves driving faces, chambers and auxiliary ventilation across coal, metal and non-metal mines.

Standard Packaging
Each fan is wrapped in anti-rust film and EPE foam, then secured in a fumigated wooden crate with internal steel bracing that locks the impeller and motor in place. Loose parts such as flanges, bolts and dampers are boxed and fixed to the crate wall. A waterproof pouch with the outline drawing and factory test report is fixed inside the crate lid.
Shipping
We support sea freight, flat-rack and break-bulk shipment, depending on order quantity and destination. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB and CIF; other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume, gross weight, destination and selected transportation method.
