Each tuning fork density meter is wrapped with anti-static PE film and foam cushion for probe protection. The instrument main body and spare parts are packed separately in anti-shock export cartons. All cartons are put into reinforced plywood cases and fixed on fumigated wooden pallets with steel straps and stretch film for international sea shipment.

We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and express delivery depending on order quantity and destination. Available trade terms include EXW / FOB / CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume, gross weight, destination and selected transportation method.

A: Yes. We can select Hastelloy, titanium alloy or PTFE coated fork probe for strong corrosive medium such as acid and alkali.

Q5: Does the instrument need frequent calibration?

A: The tuning fork sensor has stable performance. Regular annual calibration is enough under normal working conditions, no frequent adjustment required.

Q6: Can it be installed directly on the side of storage tank?

A: Yes. Flange side-mounted type is available. Ensure the probe is fully immersed in liquid and avoid large bubble impact on the fork tines.
