Wafer Manufacturing Process
Standard Packaging
Each spill containment berm is folded and wrapped in a protective PE film bag with a product label. Units are then packed in reinforced corrugated export cartons. Cartons are placed on fumigated wooden pallets (max 500 kg per pallet)
Shipping
We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and express delivery depending on order quantity and destination. Common trade terms include EXW / FCA / FOB / CFR / CIF; other terms may be available upon request.
Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume, gross weight, destination and selected transportation method. Packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin can be provided with each shipment.

Standard sample models are typically ready within 3–7 working days. Custom-sized samples may take 7–15 working days depending on complexity

Please provide: (1) inside dimensions (L×W×H), (2) wall support type preference (foam/L-bracket/snap-up), (3) fabric weight or chemical resistance requirement, (4) quantity, (5) destination country for shipping calculation, and (6) any special requirements (drain valve, color, labeling).
Q3: What is the MOQ and production lead time?
The MOQ is 10 units for standard sizes and 20 units for custom sizes. Standard orders ship in 15–25 working days; custom orders in 25–40 working days after deposit and sample confirmation.
