Through a special bead-planting process, glass microbeads are attached to the fabric surface, creating a distinct reverse reflection effect under light. The product has a gray appearance and a reflective brightness greater than 10 cd/(lx·m²), making it suitable for various safety protection scenarios that have certain basic requirements for reflective performance

Production process

Unroll the base fabric → Apply plant glue (containing aluminum powder) → semi-dry → plant (500-600 mesh glass beads) → Polish → dry → Roll up

Its product structure consists of three layers: the surface layer is made up of glass microspheres, the middle layer is an adhesive layer containing flaky aluminum powder (which serves a reflective function), and the bottom layer is a base layer of chemical fiber cloth
